Dear Alan and Eddie,
As you are aware, the last 12 months have been both emotionally draining and stressful. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for your support and assistance during the last few weeks and Alan in addition, you help and advice over the year trying to achieve justice against the Double Glazing Shop Ltd.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for agreeing to contribute to the filming for the BBC’s programme Cowboy Trap and for supplying, for free, the windows for the makeover.
The Masterframe windows are far better than we ever could have imagined, the high quality and style of them have put back the character into our property. It truly is amazing how a few windows can change the feel of the house.
There really was only a short window in which to manufacture and fit the windows, Eddie and his team have worked long and hard to get everything completed within the time frame, we wanted you to know how much we really appreciate it. It all looks fantastic.
