I viewed the T.V.programme and found it both interesting and of course quite horrifying. I know these cowboys are about and have been lucky to have avoided them. Regrettably all my windows and doors have been installed otherwise I would be your next customer. I know the name Eddy Baker was mentioned but I think it was a pity that the name of your company was not given. I suppose it was because it was the BBC who do not advertise.
